Luc Boivin

Luc Boivin is a Canadian politician and businessman who has served as the mayor of Saguenay, Quebec, since 2025. Before his election as mayor, he served on the Saguenay City Council from 2009 to 2017. Outside of his political career, he is known as the co-owner of Fromagerie Boivin. During his 2025 mayoral campaign, Boivin focused his platform on the financial management of the city, ultimately securing victory by defeating incumbent mayor Julie Dufour.
