Luis Francisco Ruiz Aguilar

Luis Francisco Ruiz Aguilar is a Colombian physician and politician currently serving as the Governor of Caquetá, a position he assumed on January 1, 2024. A medical graduate of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, he previously served as the Mayor of Cartagena del Chairá from 2012 to 2015, where he was recognized for his efficient management and infrastructure development.
