Muhammad Rifqinizamy Karsayuda

Muhammad Rifqinizamy Karsayuda is an Indonesian politician and academic who currently serves as a member of the House of Representatives and as the chairman of the Second Commission of the House of Representatives. A constitutional law expert, he previously held a seat in the House from 2019 to 2023 representing the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) before joining the NasDem Party. Throughout his career, he has been active in various organizations, including the Indonesian Muslim Intellectuals Association and the Alumni Corps of the Islamic Students Association. He is widely recognized for his academic contributions to constitutional law and his role as a legal expert in high-profile cases before the Constitutional Court of Indonesia.
