Maciej Tomczykiewicz is a Polish politician and lawyer serving as a Member of the Sejm of the 10th term. Born in Pszczyna, he is the son of politician Tomasz Tomczykiewicz. He graduated with a law degree from Jagiellonian University in 2013 and later qualified as an advocate in Katowice, practicing law and serving as a mediator. After unsuccessful bids for parliament in 2019 and 2023, he was elected to the Pszczyna County Council in 2024. He assumed his parliamentary seat in June 2024, replacing Mirosława Nykiel following her election to the European Parliament.
