Makhdoom Zada Muhammad Aftab Haider

Makhdoom Zada Muhammad Aftab Haider is a Pakistani politician and provincial legislator representing the PK-111 constituency of Paharpur Tehsil in Dera Ismail Khan District. He won election to the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in February 2024 as a candidate of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F). Within the assembly, he serves on multiple standing committees, including Home and Tribal Affairs, Higher Education, Agriculture, and the Public Accounts Committee. He comes from a notable Sufi lineage rooted in Uch Bilot Sharif and succeeds his father, Makhdoom Syed Murid Kazim Shah, who previously held assembly office and served as parliamentary leader.
