Толыкбаев, Максат Маликович

Maksat Tolykbayev is a Kazakhstani politician and journalist currently serving as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan for the VIII convocation. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career in media, working as a presenter, editor, and producer for major national television channels including 31 Channel, First Channel Eurasia, and Qazaqstan. He holds degrees in journalism and law from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University. Tolykbayev was elected to the Majilis in 2023 as a candidate for the Amanat party and has received several state honors, including the Order of Parasat and the Order of Kurmet.
