葉梨 衛

Mamoru Hanashi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Ibaraki Prefectural Assembly. Representing the Miho and Ami constituency, he is a veteran legislator who has been elected to the assembly nine times. Throughout his long tenure, he has been actively involved in key legislative committees, including the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Committee and the Budget Special Committee.
