Manjeri Kyebakutika is a Ugandan politician who served as the first Member of Parliament for Jinja City in the eleventh Parliament of Uganda. Affiliated with the National Unity Platform (NUP), she held the position of deputy chief whip during her tenure. Throughout her parliamentary career, she advocated for the return of kingdom properties to the Busoga Sub-region, raised concerns regarding local insecurity and police brutality, and campaigned for the conversion of Busoga University into a public institution. Following her term in the eleventh parliament, she was succeeded by Sarah Lwansasula.
