Mano Ganeshan is a Sri Lankan politician, trade unionist, and government minister. He currently serves as a Member of Parliament, having been appointed via the National List in 2024 as a member of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya. Throughout his career, he has been a prominent advocate for the rights of Tamils in the greater Colombo region and has served as the leader of the Democratic People's Front and the Tamil Progressive Alliance. Previously, he held the position of Minister of National Dialogue and served in the Western Provincial Council and the Colombo Municipal Council. He is also known for founding the Civil Monitoring Commission to address extra-judicial killings and disappearances.
