Manoj Kumar Pandey is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, representing the Unchahar constituency in the Raebareli district. Formerly a long-time member of the Samajwadi Party, he served as a cabinet minister in the Uttar Pradesh government. In June 2025, he was expelled from the Samajwadi Party for his political activities and subsequently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party. He holds a degree from Feroze Gandhi College and was awarded an honorary doctorate in Social Sciences in 2013.
