Manuelle Oudar

Manuelle Oudar is a Canadian senator representing Quebec, appointed to the Senate in 2024. Before her parliamentary career, she served for over three decades in the Quebec public service, holding senior legal and management roles across various ministries. Notably, she served as the first female president and CEO of the CNESST, Quebec’s agency for labour standards and workplace safety, from 2016 to 2023. Throughout her career, Oudar has been a prominent advocate for gender equality, pay equity, and occupational health and safety.
