Marga Vermue-Vermue

Marga Vermue-Vermue is a Dutch politician and jurist currently serving as the Mayor of Sluis, a position she has held since October 2017. A member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), she previously served as the Mayor of Cranendonck from 2012 to 2017. Her political career began in 1990 as a municipal councilor in Borsele, where she later served as an alderman and deputy mayor. Before her full-time political career, she worked as a jurist for the municipalities of Wouw and Veere, as a government consultant at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and as a senior legal advisor in the private sector.
