Margaret Aachilla Aleper is a Ugandan politician serving as the District Woman Representative for Kotido District in the Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she has held her parliamentary seat since 2006. Before her legislative career, she worked as an education assistant and a deputy head teacher at Lomukura Primary School, and served as a monitoring assistant for the Kotido District Local Government. She is a qualified educator, holding a bachelor's degree in education from Kyambogo University.
