Marianne Proctor

Marianne Proctor is an American politician serving as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 60th district. Born in Flint, Michigan, she earned a Bachelor of Science in health from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in communication disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. Professionally, she works as a speech-language pathologist in Union, Kentucky. Proctor is an active member of the Northern Kentucky Tea Party and has served as a precinct chair for the Boone County Republican Party. She was first elected to the state legislature in 2022 and won re-election in 2024.
