Marie-Jeanne Bellamy

Marie-Jeanne Bellamy is a French politician serving as a Senator for the Vienne department since March 2024. She began her political career as a municipal councillor in Les Trois-Moutiers in 1995, later serving as mayor of the commune from 2008 to 2024. Throughout her career, she has held various local leadership roles, including vice-president of the Pays Loudunais community of communes and president of the Association of Mayors of the Vienne. Before entering politics, she worked as a town hall secretary in Curçay-sur-Dive.
