Marilena Raouna

Marilena Raouna is a Cypriot politician and diplomat who served as the Deputy Minister for European Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus from January 2024 until her departure from government in May 2026. Born in Larnaca in 1983 and originally from Famagusta, she studied law at Oxford University and obtained a postgraduate degree in Public International and European Law from the London School of Economics as a Chevening Scholar. Over her career, she has worked extensively on European affairs and EU policy, including serving as Director of the Diplomatic Office of the President and EU Sherpa.
