Marius Weiß is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Hesse, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Bielefeld in 1975, he studied law at the University of Frankfurt and has worked as a lawyer in Wiesbaden since 2007. Weiß has served as a city councilor in Idstein since 2004 and has been a member of the Hessian state parliament since 2008, where he has also served as deputy chairman of the SPD parliamentary group. In 2023, he was convicted of document forgery regarding a parking permit for the state parliament.
