Mark Gordon

Mark Gordon is an American politician serving as the 33rd Governor of Wyoming since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the Treasurer of Wyoming from 2012 to 2019. Born in New York City and raised on a ranch in Wyoming, Gordon holds a degree in history from Middlebury College. Throughout his tenure as governor, he has focused on balancing Wyoming's traditional fossil fuel-based economy with investments in renewable energy and carbon capture technology, describing his approach as a pragmatic transition.
