Mark S. Chang

Mark S. Chang is an American politician serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 32 since 2015. A first-generation Korean-American, he previously worked as a community liaison for Anne Arundel County and as a legislative aide. Throughout his legislative tenure, Chang has served on the House Appropriations Committee and has been a proponent of legislation addressing human trafficking and hate crimes. In 2024, he ran for the U.S. House of Representatives, and in 2026, he announced his candidacy for the Maryland Senate to succeed retiring state senator Pamela Beidle.
