Mark Taylor is an Australian politician serving as a member of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly. Born in Sydney, he previously served as a councillor for The Hills Shire from 2012 to 2017. Before entering politics, Taylor had a distinguished career in law enforcement, serving with the Australian Federal Police and the New South Wales Police Force, and later working as a police prosecutor and solicitor. He was first elected to the state parliament in 2015 representing Seven Hills, and has represented the electorate of Winston Hills since 2023.
