Marko Mihkelson

Marko Mihkelson is an Estonian politician and journalist who has served as a member of the Riigikogu, the Estonian parliament, since 2003. Born in Valga, he holds a master's degree in history from the University of Tartu. Throughout his long parliamentary career, he has chaired several key committees, including the Foreign Affairs Committee and the National Defense Committee. Originally associated with the Pro Patria and Res Publica Union, he joined the Estonian Reform Party in 2018 and continues to be an influential figure in Estonian foreign and security policy.
