Martha Lucía Mícher Camarena

Martha Lucía Mícher Camarena is a Mexican politician and feminist activist currently serving as a Senator representing the state of Guanajuato. A long-time advocate for women's rights and gender equality, she has held various legislative positions, including serving as a federal deputy in the 59th and 62nd Congresses. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent voice for reproductive rights, the prevention of violence against women, and the implementation of gender parity reforms. Previously, she served as the director of the Women's Institute of the Federal District and has been a key figure in left-wing political movements in Mexico.
