能勢 昌博

Masahiro Nose is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, representing the Nagaokakyo City and Otokuni District. First elected to the assembly, he is now in his fourth term of office. Within the assembly, he is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party caucus and has held various leadership roles, including serving as an auditor and as the vice-chairman of the Special Committee on Safe and Secure Living. He also contributes to the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Commerce, Industry, and Labor.
