小路正和

Masakazu Koji is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Isumi, Chiba Prefecture, having assumed office in 2025. Born in the former Ohara Town, he began his career as a secretary to House of Representatives member Eisuke Mori. Koji previously served as a member of the Ohara Town Council and later as a member of the Chiba Prefectural Assembly for three terms. In 2015, he faced controversy after supporters were arrested for election law violations, though he denied involvement. He was elected mayor in November 2025 with broad support from multiple political parties.
