琴寄昌男

Masao Kotoyori is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Tochigi City. Born in Tochigi Prefecture in 1961, he graduated from the Waseda University School of Commerce in 1984. Before entering politics, he served as the representative director of a transport company. His political career includes serving one term as a member of the former Tochigi City Council and four terms as a member of the Tochigi Prefectural Assembly, where he also held the position of Deputy Speaker. After several previous attempts to run for mayor, he was elected as the Mayor of Tochigi City in April 2026 with the support of the Liberal Democratic Party.
