田辺正幸

Masayuki Tanabe is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Gosen in Niigata Prefecture. Born in 1968, he graduated from Waseda University and spent a significant portion of his career in the hospitality industry, holding executive roles at Prince Hotels, including positions in Japan, China, and the United States. Before his election as mayor in January 2022, he served as an advisor and committee member for various tourism and convention organizations. As mayor, he has focused on regional revitalization and the promotion of local tourism.
