Matt MacFarlane is a Canadian politician serving as the leader of the Green Party of Prince Edward Island and as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island for the district of Borden-Kinkora. A lawyer by profession, he previously served as the president of the Green Party of Prince Edward Island. After unsuccessful bids in the 2019 and 2023 provincial elections, MacFarlane was elected to the Legislative Assembly in a 2024 by-election. He continues to lead the provincial Green Party as of 2025.
