Born in Ixelles in 1975, he studied scenography at La Cambre in Brussels and worked as an independent scenographer, artistic project developer, and cultural sector coordinator before entering politics. He has served as a member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region since December 2018 and has also been active in the Parliament of the French Community.
