Mauvin Godinho is an Indian politician and businessman serving as a long-standing member of the Goa Legislative Assembly. A seven-term legislator, he initially represented the Cortalim constituency from 1994 to 2012 before transitioning to represent the Dabolim constituency starting in 2012. Formerly a senior leader within the Indian National Congress, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in December 2016 and subsequently held cabinet ministerial portfolios within the Goa state government.
