Mehmet Ali Seyrek is a German politician and a member of the Bremische Bürgerschaft, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Turkey, he moved to Germany in 1979 and later studied electrical engineering at the University of Bremen. Before his parliamentary career, he worked as a translator and in social services for youth. Since 2011, he has served as a member of the state parliament of Bremen, where he focuses on anti-discrimination, integration, and youth welfare policy.
