Meira Hot is a Slovenian politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia. She was first elected to the National Assembly in 2018 and previously served as a Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly from 2022 to 2026. Prior to her national parliamentary career, she was a municipal councilor and Deputy Mayor of Piran. Hot holds a law degree from the University of Ljubljana and a master's degree in international law from the University of Maribor, having previously worked as a director and legal professional in the private sector.
