Mestan Özcan is a Turkish politician and agricultural engineer currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), representing Tekirdağ. Born in 1973 in Tekirdağ, he graduated from Trakya University's Faculty of Agriculture. Before entering national politics, he managed his family's agricultural and food business and served as the AK Party's Tekirdağ Provincial Chairman from 2019 to 2023. He is a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Affairs.
