Michel Chawki El Doueihy

Michel Chawki El Doueihy is a Lebanese politician, Member of Parliament, university lecturer, and researcher holding a PhD in History-International Relations. Elected to the Lebanese Parliament following the 2022 general election, he has been associated with reformist movements, notably joining the protest-linked candidates before stepping away from the Forces of Change bloc to act as an independent voice. Within parliament, he has focused on legislative reforms including human rights, freedom of the media, and anti-corruption measures.
