Mihkel Lees

Mihkel Lees is an Estonian politician and a member of the 15th Riigikogu representing the Estonian Reform Party. Born in Viljandi, he studied philosophy, psychology, and educational administration at the University of Tartu. Prior to his election to parliament, he served as the Deputy Mayor of Tartu responsible for social services and health care from 2018 to 2024, and worked as an adviser in the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Social Affairs, and the Ministry of Education and Research. In the Riigikogu, he focuses on public health, social protection, civil protection, and mental and physical well-being.
