Milly Babalanda is a Ugandan politician and serving Minister for the Presidency under President Yoweri Museveni. Born in Kamuli District, she worked as a village political mobilizer and later served as a Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs before being appointed to the cabinet in June 2021.
