Pamela Nasiyo Kamugo is a Ugandan legislator and social worker currently serving as the Woman Member of Parliament for Budaka District. First elected in 2016, she has been a prominent member of the tenth and eleventh Parliaments of Uganda, representing the National Resistance Movement. Throughout her tenure, she has served on committees concerning HIV/AIDS and defense and internal affairs, and previously chaired the Uganda Women Parliamentary Association. Known for her advocacy on infrastructure and accountability, she notably led efforts to recall a Ugandan ambassador for misconduct. Before entering elective politics, she worked as a social worker in the Mbale district.
