Rukia Isanga Nakadama

Rukia Isanga Nakadama is a Ugandan politician, educator, and businesswoman currently serving as the Third Deputy Prime Minister of Uganda and Minister Without Portfolio. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she has represented the Mayuge District as a Woman Representative in the Parliament of Uganda since 2001. Throughout her career, she has held various cabinet positions, including serving as the State Minister for Gender and Culture. Nakadama is a graduate of the Islamic University in Uganda, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration.
