北野 実

Minoru Kitano is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing Himeji. He previously served as a member of the Himeji City Council. In June 2026, he was appointed as the 129th Speaker of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly. A cancer survivor, Kitano emphasizes policies related to medical care, early cancer detection, and regional infrastructure development. Before his political career, he held leadership roles in private industry, including serving as the representative director of Kitano Sangyo Co., Ltd. and Kitano Transport Co., Ltd.
