Moses Goli Ogwal is a Ugandan politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Dokolo North Constituency. A member of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), he was elected to the eleventh Parliament of Uganda. Prior to his legislative career, he served as the Director of Private Sector Development. In his parliamentary capacity, he is a member of the Committee on East African Community Affairs. He has been a vocal advocate for agricultural development in Northern Uganda, specifically promoting cassava value addition to support livestock feedlot technology.
