Muhindo Nzangi Butondo is a Congolese politician currently serving as the Minister of State for Rural Development in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Born in 1980 in North Kivu, he began his political career as a provincial deputy in 2006 and later served as a national deputy for Butembo and Goma. He previously held the position of Minister of Higher and University Education from 2021 to 2024. In 2022, he founded the political party Action of Volunteers for the Patriotic Relief.
