Musa Džaferi

Profile

Musa Džaferi is a North Macedonian politician of Albanian ethnicity. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Pristina and a master's degree in economics from the University of Zurich, as well as a specialization in adult education from Lucerne. Before entering national politics, he worked as a pedagogue and andragogue in Lucerne, Switzerland. Throughout his political career, he served as Deputy Prime Minister in the governments of Branko Crvenkovski and Vlado Bučkovski from 2002 to 2006, Minister of Local Self-Government from 2008 to 2011, and Deputy Prime Minister for the implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement from 2011 to 2016.
