Mustafa Kaplan

Mustafa Kaplan is a Turkish politician and businessman currently serving as a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the 28th legislative term. Born in Kırıkkale in 1979, he completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in his hometown before graduating from Anadolu University. Prior to his election to parliament, he was active in the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), serving as the Kırıkkale Provincial President from 2021 until 2023. He is also a member of the National Defense Commission in the Turkish Parliament and is married with three children.
