Naama Lazimi

Naama Lazimi is an Israeli politician and a member of the Knesset representing the Democrats. Born in Migdal HaEmek, she previously served on the Haifa City Council and worked as a parliamentary adviser. A self-described social democrat, feminist, and left-wing Zionist, Lazimi is known for her advocacy on labor rights, LGBT equality, and anti-government protests. She currently chairs the Knesset's special committee on Young Israelis and has been a vocal critic of the current government's policies regarding security and judicial reform.
