Najima El Arbaoui is a Belgian entrepreneur and politician serving as a member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region for Team Fouad Ahidar. Born in Leut and raised in Dilsen-Stokkem, she studied applied economic sciences at Ghent University and built a professional career in the ICT, medical, and real estate sectors, in addition to founding non-profit organizations supporting vulnerable youth and women's emancipation. She began her political career with the Reformist Movement (MR) before joining Team Fouad Ahidar in 2024, subsequently taking on leadership roles within the Flemish Community Commission and becoming a municipal councillor in Anderlecht.
