Najith Indika is a Sri Lankan politician and medical professional currently serving as a Member of Parliament. A graduate of the University of Colombo, he previously worked as a Medical Officer and served as the Director General of the President's Media Division. Known for his background in student activism, including his leadership in the Inter-University Students' Federation, he advocates for systemic governance reform. As Chairman of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Governance, Justice, and Civil Protection, he has led legislative efforts to abolish parliamentary pensions and modernize anti-corruption and drug control laws.
