辻直孝

Naotaka Tsuji is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kitami in Hokkaido. Born in the former Tokoro Town, he spent much of his career as a local government official, holding various administrative positions within the Kitami City office, including roles in the planning, finance, and education departments. He was first elected mayor in 2015 following the death of his predecessor and has since secured re-election, winning his third consecutive term in 2023. As mayor, he has focused on local administration and regional development within the city of Kitami.
