Natalie Hutchins is an Australian politician who has served as a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2010, representing the electorates of Keilor and later Sydenham. A member of the Labor Party, she has held several ministerial portfolios in the Victorian government, including Minister for Education, Minister for Women, and Minister for Industrial Relations. Before entering parliament, Hutchins was a prominent union organizer and the first woman elected as Assistant Secretary of the Victorian Trades Hall Council. She has announced that she will not seek re-election at the 2026 state election.
