Nelcy Heidinger is a Peruvian politician and cosmetologist serving as a Member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru representing the Pasco region. Affiliated with the Alliance for Progress party since 2018, she initially ran for Congress in the 2021 elections. In January 2023, she assumed office as a substitute congresswoman to complete the 2021–2026 parliamentary term, succeeding the expelled legislator Freddy Díaz Monago.
