Nguyễn Khánh Ngọc

Nguyễn Khánh Ngọc is a Vietnamese politician and jurist currently serving as a Deputy to the National Assembly of Vietnam for the XVI tenure. He is the President of the Vietnam Lawyers Association and holds several high-level positions, including Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Lawyers Association and member of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform. Previously, he served as Deputy Minister of Justice from 2014 to 2025. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in international law, trade negotiations, and the implementation of major international treaties, including the CPTPP and EVFTA. He is also a recognized arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre and the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
