Nobuhiro Kamisaka is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kurobe in Toyama Prefecture. Born in Unazuki, Kurobe, he graduated from Waseda University's Graduate School of Science and Engineering. He began his career at the Toyama Prefectural Government in 1987, where he held various positions including Director of the Toyama Civil Engineering Center and Deputy Director of the Civil Engineering Department. In 2020, he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Kurobe, a position he held until his resignation in December 2025. Kamisaka was elected as Mayor of Kurobe in April 2026 after a conservative-split election, defeating the incumbent mayor.
